Topaz Health Training (THT) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and is compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.

All information collected by Topaz Health Training will be used exclusively by the company and will not be distributed, disclosed, sold, rented, traded or used for any other purposes. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION
We (THT) are committed to protecting your privacy and respect your private information. Topaz Health will only release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or protect the rights, property or safety of Topaz Health Training and our visitors.  
 
THT collect personal information from you in order to provide you with a service. We do this via our Online Course Enrolment or printed Enrolment Form. Other essential data we may collect will be at the start of the course or qualification, we ask you to complete a form which provides us with your essential details. Other data we collect is from our website contact form.

MARKETING
Topaz Health Training will only collect information necessary to help us maintain and improve our website and learner services. We (THT) may also use the information to provide you with special offers, features and news updates from time to time. You may opt out of these services at any point by emailing the Company or writing to our address.
 
If you have completed a course or qualification through THT and checked the box to receives further communications, you may from time to time receive marketing emails from us about our services. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. An option will be given to unsubscribe at the footer of every email marketing we send. Alternatively contact THT and we will remove you from our list.

DATA SHARING
 
General
Topaz Health Training, will, as required, share none specific information with partner organisations that support Topaz Health Training, for the operation, maintenance and development of our web, services and social media presence. All partners are required by law to abide by the Data Protection Act and as such Topaz Health Training does not accept any liability for maladministration or malpractice by third parties.
 
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 
We can confirm we have carried out a data audit to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations which came in to effect on 25th May 2018. Data Retention
Your details are stored in our CRM system and will never be passed on to third parties without your consent through written permission. Please review our Terms and Conditions and contact us if you wish us to remove any of your data after you have used our services.
